Volunteers

There are many ways to get involved in your child's education. Parent volunteers are an important and welcome addition to our school. You may volunteer through the PTO or contact your child's teacher. When you volunteer at school, you will be required to pass a background check if you work alone with a child. This is for safety purposes and is a board approved regulation. If you are simply helping out in the building and under the supervision of a staff member, a background check may not be necessary.

For PTO volunteer opportunities, contact Bonnie Daulton, PTO President, at (513) 259-0114 or [email protected].

To become a Project More volunteer, contact Mrs. Megan Ginther, Literacy Specialist, at 722-2222 or [email protected].

Visitors

Parents and visitors are always welcome in our school. Please sign in at the office and pick up a visitor’s pass when visiting the school.

For safety reasons and to minimize distractions to learning, parents will need to drop off items (treats, lunches, etc.) to the office rather than walking them to your child’s classroom. In addition, because of building security, you may not go to the classroom to drop off or to pick up your child.

Parking

Visitors are requested to park in parking spaces in front of the school or at the middle school. Do not park at the curb anywhere within the yellow striped areas, as these are bus/fire lanes. Handicapped parking is available with proper car stickers.
