Welcome to Marr/Cook, Kindergarten, and the Goshen Local School District!
Goshen’s Kindergarten is a full day program!
To be eligible to register, students must be 5 years old by August 1, 2021.

Registration is completed entirely online. Use this as a checklist during registration!
1. Access KG registration information

2. Collect required documents
Check the list of required paperwork below. These will be uploaded using Final Forms during registration.
3. Register student using Final Forms
Registration is completed online using Final Forms. Click here for instructions.
4. Answer any questions from school
We will contact you if we have any concerns about your registration. No news is good news!
5. Teacher and school bus assignments
Check Final Forms in August for teacher and bus information. Marr/Cook will communicate when the information is posted!
6. Start the 2021-2022 school year
August 17 is here! It’s going to be an amazing year for you and our students!

If you cannot print these forms, you can pick up copies at Marr/Cook Elementary. The forms should be completed by the student’s healthcare provider (doctor, dentist, etc.) |
